The "Rodnik" program helps lay the foundation and set the direction for the work of the entire school. It helps teachers move away from the routine tasks of searching for, editing, printing, storing, and distributing lesson materials. At the same time, the program involves active preparatory work by the teacher, but with significantly lower time and effort. For school administrators, it becomes much easier to see what is happening in the classroom.
For children, colorful teaching materials with many illustrations have been created. These help children grasp the essence of each topic and assist the teacher in explaining it. The materials allow everyone to forget about constantly disappearing black-and-white copies and make it possible to review or recall any previously covered topic at any time.
It is important to emphasize that this is only a foundation, which involves mandatory lesson preparation by the teacher, taking into account the specific needs of the children in the class, and, importantly, the participation of parents in completing homework. The classroom materials include rules in a simplified form to help parents remember them. The materials for classroom use are designed for those who want to help children but do not have a teaching background.
It should be noted that the school may notice improvements within a few months, but the teacher will see a noticeable difference after two to three years of working with the program. With all his/her own additions and improvements, it will by then become his/her program.
